Welcome to Bloom Empathy! My name is Jessy Gigowski, and I am a licensed professional counselor based in Michigan, specializing in virtual therapy for adolescents and young adults. With a focus on individual counseling, I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and eating disorders.

I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University in 2019, and I hold a diverse educational background, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. This unique combination allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice.

In my therapeutic approach, I utilize the Internal Family Systems modality, which is an approach to psychotherapy that is empowering, non-pathologizing, and transformative. I am IFS level 1 trained. Through a collaborative and empathetic environment, I strive to empower individuals to uncover their inner strengths and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
